A “ding” - I had a sale.

I basically ripped that apron off and never looked back.

Because I knew if one sale was possible, anything was possible.

And that was the moment I went all in with Etsy.

I was creating hundreds of listings a week.

I was obsessing over product research.

I was amplifying my SEO skills.

I was doing everything to become successful.

And those are my secrets.

These are the same secrets I know every person who has succeeded with Etsy has created for themselves.

You see - the truth is, making thousands a month, millions a year - it really isn’t a scam.

Preview Text: With all four of my Etsy shops combined, I am months away from hitting $7 million in sales.

I was staring at my bedroom wall, doing the math of how much a top real estate broker at the firm I belonged to was making.

If he was getting a 3% commission on the houses he was selling, and in his area, the houses were averaging about $500,000, he would need to sell 10 houses just to get to $150K.

I then pulled up Etsy, where I was doing habitual stalking of the day.

I pulled up a shop that had made $768k in sales. They were selling a digital download for about $20. I calculated that after listing fees and discounts, they had made about $400k.

All passive and all profit.

Which was almost double what I would make as a real estate agent, working 20x as hard.

This realization is what made me think Etsy was the way to go.

Why work harder when I could simply work smarter?

So that’s what I did.

I decided I would make a passive income similar to what this shop did.

I slapped together some real estate printables, which ultimately led me to my first sale.

Two years later, I was a millionaire.

All because I decided to work smarter.
